Environmental Policy Statement

We recognise that like every company, AGILIS S.A. has an impact on the environment. Our aim is to minimise the influence of our operations on the environment. The key points of our strategy to achieve this are:

• Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
• Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our customers and suppliers.
• Comply fully with the letter and spirit of environmental laws and regulations

As a company we are committed to constantly review and implement working procedures to:

• Reduce pollution
• Save energy
• Save water

As a company we ensure where possible:

• Bought-in paper is of a recycled content.
• We operate recycling of all paper waste.
• We operate recycling of all card, cans, batteries and plastic waste.
• Our office cleaners use green cleaning products.
• All printers and computer settings are pre-set to black print and double-siding as default.
• Reduce the periods before equipment adopts standby mode and train all staff to turn-off monitors and equipment at night and over weekend.
• All lights are switched off at night.
• All ink cartridges are recycled.
• Reduce, when possible, business travel abroad by using in-house video conference facilities.
• Use of energy efficient lamps.
