Significant experience in analysis and design of complex systems using UML and in management of software development teams.
Software Engineers IT Consultants	Postgraduate level background in informatics with min 5 years experience in analysis, consulting and software engineering, including UML, relational databases and data warehouses, XML and Java programming, technical documentation etc.
Software Developers	Mainly university level background in informatics with 3 years experience in software development using Java technologies and XML.

Statistics Consultants Project Managers Technical Managers	PhD level background in statistics, min 8 years experience in statistical methodology development, statistics consulting, project management and research.
Statisticians	Postgraduate level background in statistics, typically 3 years experience in data analysis and statistics.
Operations, Quality and Administration
Project Administration Quality	Postgraduate level background in management, 5 years experience in project administration and quality management
Administrative Assistants	5 years experience in administrative support functions, organisation of meetings and training, document editing
